GRAPE VARIETY: 100% chardonnay SURFACE AREA: 0.8 hectares with westerly exposure. PRODUCTION: approx. 1.200 bottles AGEING: maturation for 9/10 months partly in steel, partly in a large French barrel, partly in 300 L amphorae. Minimum 6 months in the bottle before marketing;
